Hi, I’m Jacquie
After a career in technology and the private sector, Jacquie Langworthy made the decision that changed everything: to homeschool her children and go all in on their education.
That pivot led her to open a Kumon Learning Center, develop the R.A.I.S.E. Scholar Framework, and eventually create the Raising Scholars Podcast, a space built for parents who want more for their children, not just academically, but as human beings. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Jacquie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Howard University and a Master's in Leadership from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and she brings that same systems-thinking rigor to the very human work of raising confident, independent learners.
The R.A.I.S.E. Scholar Framework
R — Regulation Before Rigor
A — Autonomy Over Assistance
I — Instruction vs. Practice
S — Systems Beat Willpower
E — Evidence Builds Confidence
Five principles. One framework. Built from 15 years of working with families and a lifetime of raising scholars of her own. Download the free guide to get started.
